If your standard turbos are still on the vehicle and cannot be sent in beforehand, a refundable deposit can be paid. This deposit is returned once Pure Turbos receives and inspects your undamaged OEM turbochargers.
Euroflow will manage the core return process to Pure Turbos in the U.S.
All cores must be returned to Euroflow in Perth within 30 days of receiving your new units.
Returns received after this timeframe will incur a 17.5% reduction in the refund amount.
To prevent transit damage, please reuse the original packaging and boxes supplied with your new Pure800 turbos. Ensure you return all components exactly as received, including wastegate hardware.
Before installation:
Verify the engine is operating within manufacturer specifications.
Replace engine oil, oil filter, and air filter.
Replace the oil supply line on all petrol or race-fuel applications.
Clean the oil line on diesel applications.
Do not use silicone or thread sealant on any oil line.
Check the oil drain for restrictions such as kinks or sharp bends.
Flush all oil passages on fresh or remanufactured engines.
Inspect and clean the intercooler/aftercooler; remove any debris.
Check intake and exhaust systems for restrictions, including catalytic converters.
Ensure no foreign objects are present in the intake tract.
Verify all hoses, clamps, and bolts are secure.
Confirm the actuator C-clip is correctly installed.
Ensure the oil drain orientation is vertical.
Remove all tools from the engine bay before starting the vehicle.
Before initial startup:
Disable fuel or ignition and crank the engine to build oil pressure.
Once normal oil pressure is achieved, start the engine.
Repeat this procedure after every oil change.
