In this breakout we will discuss the most recent research about how this generation of families and volunteers sees themselves, sees ministry and how they see their personal relationship with Jesus. Together we will discover how to connect with this generation in a way that helps them feel seen, known and loved in their personal contexts.

Family Life Pastor at Mill City Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Sharon spends her days ministering to children and parents, leading teams, coaching ministry leaders through INCM, writing, and speaking at ministry events. She and her husband, Andrew, recently celebrated thirty years of marriage and they are the proud parents of three adult sons.
