This unmarked Silver pencil would have been worn attached to a chatelaine whch was a decorartive belt hook or clasp worn by women during Victorian England.

At 9.3 cm. in length it is a very slim and elegant yet fully functional pencil.  It operates by turning the nozzle to expel and retract the lead.

The pencil is in excellent condition with no dings or personalisation, the finely engraved wavy line pattern is still crisp and sharp.
