A fine mid 19th-century Victorian three-stone trilogy ring, set with rose-cut diamonds in silver-topped 14K yellow gold.
The three round rose-cut diamonds are mounted in cut-down and rubover silver settings, enhancing their brilliance. Surrounding the stones is a delicately engraved foliate design that extends down the shoulders, a hallmark of 19th-century craftsmanship.
The largest central diamond measures 4.5mm across, flanked by two smaller diamonds of 2mm each. The head of the ring measures 8.5mm north to south, tapering to a 2mm band at the back. The ring is unmarked but tests as solid 14K gold.
