This yuzu sake has the refreshing aroma of the citrus fruit, a subtle sweetness, and a more pronounced acidity.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Delicate aroma of yuzu bitterness and rice pudding. Pronounced tartness upon first sip, followed by steamed rice richness and cleansing finish. It has the character of a light sour beer. 

FOOD PAIRING: Mussels; cheesecake; meringues.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC) or with ice
