TF03-100/180 is the third-generation industrial-grade LiDAR sensor from Benewake, designed for long-range applications up to 180 meters. Building upon the strengths of its predecessors, TF03 significantly upgrades more than ten key performance indicators while offering customizable features for various use cases.

Despite its long-range capabilities, TF03 remains lightweight and compact, making it ideal for drones, smart transportation, and security monitoring. It also features IP67-rated protection, multiple interface options, and supports custom parameter settings for greater adaptability in demanding industrial environments.

01. Outstanding Performance in a Compact Size
TF03 integrates a proprietary optical system and signal processing design, enabling precise and reliable detection up to 180 meters. Its accuracy and frame rate remain consistent across the full range. A lighter, shell-free version (only 10g, 31.0 mm × 30.2 mm × 19.2 mm) is also available for space-constrained platforms like UAV gimbals.

02. Rugged IP67 Housing with Multiple Interfaces
The TF03 features a reinforced aluminum alloy shell and high-transmission IR glass to enhance durability in harsh conditions. It supports a wide range of communication interfaces including UART, CAN, RS-232, RS-485, and analog (4–20 mA), making it compatible with diverse industrial systems.

03. Customizable Operation Modes
Users can configure key settings such as output frame rate, baud rate, trigger modes, and over-range thresholds. Built-in BootLoader functionality allows firmware upgrades directly via user terminal. A special variant for UAV applications is available upon request.
