KW V4 Racing Suspension

The KW V4 Racing coilovers provide 3 independent features of adjustment, low-speed rebound and high and low-speed compression adjustment. The unique valve technology of the 3-way damper system differs from the conventional mono-tube damper valve technology. This design is also maintenance-friendly.

Versatile in its design, the damper performance remains consistent even through a high temperature environment and has proven it's reliability time and time again. The KW V4 Racing system design is based on mono-tube damper with an adjustable external reservoir. The forces generated are largely controlled by the pre-configured tuning on the piston. Fine tuning is handled with 3 separate external controls. The rebound adjustments are made through an adjustable conically shaped needle on the rebound valve assembly. The compression can be adjusted in two independent ranges, the low-speed and the high-speed. The V4 Racing kits are constructed of high-strength aluminum. MacPherson front struts are constructed as inverted dampers with 40mm and 45mm/55mm (for rally use) guide tube diameters. Steel construction is also available as an option for endurance racing applications.
