Background: Mouse Plexin domain-containing protein 2(PLXDC2) is a single-pass type I membrane protein. The protein is expressed in tumor endothelium and in vessels of some normal tissues, such as the muscle and lung. PLXDC2 can interact with CTTN, and may play a role in tumor angiogenesis.
Sequence: Glu31-Ala455
Purity: > 95 % as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of PBS, pH7.4.
Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Please refer to the specific buffer information in the printed manual.
Reconstitution: Please refer to the printed manual for detailed information.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Calculated MW: 49.0 kDa
