  • Heats up quickly and retains heat well, making it energy-efficient. Always cook on low heat, and for best results, preheat the pan with a small amount of oil before cooking.

  • Compatible with gas stoves, electric stoves, halogen stoves, and induction cooktops. The pan body is oven-safe, but not suitable for microwave use.

  • When using an induction cooktop (IH stove), please test the pan's compatibility by placing the empty pan on the cooktop before use.

  • Avoid dragging or banging the pan on countertops or stovetops.

  • When using the lid, always use low heat to prevent the flame from reaching and damaging the silicone rim.

  • Do not use metal brushes, steel wool, or metal utensils. For best care, use a sponge, non-abrasive scrubber for delicate cookware, or wooden/silicone utensils to extend the life of the pan.
