Will this fit without removing my bumper cover?

You'll need to drop the bumper or have good access to the mounting points behind the grille opening. Full removal is cleanest, but you can work around it if space allows. Test-fit before committing to fasteners.

Does the matte finish need any prep or sealant?

Can I paint this a different color?
