Yes. These mount at factory rocker panel attachment points — no drilling or body modifications required. You'll use the hardware kit included to bolt them in place.

Do I need to prime or paint these before installation?

They ship with a gloss black finish ready to install. If you prefer a different color or matte look, sand lightly and apply automotive paint or coating of your choice before bolting them on.
