Vintage 1980s textured jersey, drop waist, mini dress. Cowl neck, blouson top, fitted 2 tiered mini.

This fun little pullover dress, falls somewhere in between a sweater dress / sweatshirt dress / balloon dress and a blouson mini.

Skirt was meant to be hiked up on hips, allowing the blouson bodice to billow or balloon over the skirt.

Stretchy, with thick shoulder pads, and batwing, long sleeves. Very New Wave chic.
