Returns

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• Return shipping charges and restocking fees will apply.
• For hygiene reasons, mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned once opened, assembled, or used. We recommend checking the product while it remains in its original packaging.
