The beautiful PS23646 is a stunning full length velvet dress with peplum side. The dress features a strapless sweetheart bodice which has a "fold over" pattern. The dress has some ruching around the waist and hips, and has a gorgeous crystal applique throughout the waist of the dress. The gown features a double - fold over peplum side with high rounded split and side drape over train.
