Booking

• Released weekly, one week in advance of appointment dates.
• First come, first served (often book out very quickly).
• If no times appear, previous releases are fully booked.
• No waitlist — please check back at the next release time above.

Key Notes

• As a small team, try-ons run alongside cleaning and fulfilment, so we’re unable to add extra slots or accommodate additional requests.
• Do not use Afterpay to book — it redirects you and releases your slot from cart reservation.
• We do not offer postal based try ons.

🖤 Try-On Details

• Location: Milford, Auckland (address sent via confirmation email)
• Times: Weekday afternoons/evenings (we are closed on weekends)
• Duration: 30 minute time slot
• Cost: $30 (redeemable within 7 days). Must be redeemed by the customer who booked the try on. This fee reflects that our primary business is order fulfilment rather than fittings, so appointments are limited and intended for customers who are genuinely interested in renting with us.
• Limit: Our studio has a single person change room. Each appointment is individually booked. 
• Guests: 1 additional guest only.
• Availability: No holds or guarantees — rentals take priority. Garment calendars provide some insight into whether garments will be out on rental. You may also contact us to check.
• Cancellation: Refunds are only offered should we be able to rebook your slot. The refund will be minus a $10 admin charge.
• Payment: Eftpos available in studio should you wish to book.
• Accessibility: The studio has stairway access, but wheelchair users can view the studio from below the doorway. 
• Additional Notes: No bags, no makeup/fake tan, arrive on time as slots are back to back and ensure garments are kept off the floor. Redeemable try on fees cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed.
• Some garments (Natalie Rolt silks & dry-clean-only pieces - click here for the list) are not available for try-ons as their cleanliness must be maintained between bookings.

• BACKUP option: 20% off when renting 2+ garments for one date (code: BACKUP)
• Rent to try on: book normally + add “TRY ON” in notes
