Will this bolt straight into my Fit without rewiring?

Yes. This pump uses factory connector and mounting points — no wiring harness modification needed. Just disconnect the old pump, bolt in the new one, and reconnect the hose.

Do I need new hoses or can I reuse the original ones?

Reuse your existing hoses. Inspect them for cracks or kinks before reinstalling. If they're brittle or cracked, grab replacement hose while you're in there — saves a second teardown later.

What if this pump doesn't spray right after install?

Air in the lines is the usual culprit. Run the washer fluid system for 10–15 seconds to purge air, then test again. If spray is still weak, check that hoses are seated fully at the pump outlet.
