Do I need to flush the cooling system before installing this radiator?

Yes. Flush the entire system with distilled water and let it run until clean. Old coolant sediment can clog a new radiator quickly. Refill with fresh Toyota coolant or equivalent after installation.

Will my existing hoses and clamps work with this radiator?

Inspect them first. If they're original or over 10 years old, replace them during the swap—hose deterioration is common and a failed clamp defeats the purpose of a new radiator. New hose kits are inexpensive insurance.

What's the return process if the radiator doesn't fit?

Contact ModSupply directly with photos of the mounting points and hose connections. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis within our standard policy window. Keep all packaging in case a swap is needed.
