DOP Garda Trentino extra virgin olive oil — produced exclusively from early-harvest Casaliva olives grown along Trentino's northern shores of Lake Garda. The olives are picked at the very first stages of maturation and cold-extracted at the start of the season, generally before the 10th of November, preserving the full aromatic character of young fruit.
A superb quality, award-winning oil that opens with vibrant fruitiness — crisp apple and delicate banana — with a prominently clean green almond note and a touch of fresh grass. On the palate, it is gentle and harmonious: soft bitterness, smooth pungency, and a clean almond finish that lingers pleasantly.
