A charming little coastal keepsake: a polished stone dish with a cast metal gull in flight perched on the rim. The bird retains its original cream paint with soft sky-blue accents and honest wear; the stone has lovely natural veining in greys and sea-green tones. Perfect as a ring dish, desk catchall or as part of a nautical vignette. Measures about 4½" in diameter and just under 3" high to the wingtip (approx. 11.5 cm x 7.2 cm).

Condition is timeworn and decorative with paint losses to the gull, surface scuffs and scratches to the stone, a rough natural underside with an old souvenir inscription, and small edge nibbles from age and use. Solid and displays beautifully.
